All prices are inclusive of all taxes what so ever. All prices are subject to change without any notification. We also reserve the right to correct misprinted prices at any time without any notification.
Low Order Fee
A low order fee of US$25 is applicable to orders below US$100.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are dispatched using most economical and efficient door-to-door couriers. Practically, it is not possible for us to calculate up-to-date courier charges for different shipping weight vs different countries, therefore, a ballpark shipping charge is calculated based on the order value. If the shipping volume-weight is exceedingly high as in case of some high mass or volume items, then the shipments are sent through air-cargo and may require pick-up by the purchaser. Most shipments are made within 7 working days but may take longer if stock in transit is held-up due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances. All shipments are dispatched through our warehouses in India and China including both national and international shipments.
Returns
We have a 30-days return policy from the date of purchase. Before returning a product, email us to obtain a Return-Authorization-Number which is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. No returns are not accepted without a Return-Authorization-Number. Return product with original packaging and the return authorization number clearly noted on the shipping carton. All returned products are subject to inspection. Products displaying use, misuse, or other damage will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. All refunds are made through wire transfer to purchaser’s bank account.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay by your credit or debit cards. Purchaser must be 18 years or older to make any purchase on this website. All payments are received by our parent company "Educational Scientific Supplies" and will be shown on purchaser's card statements under the name "Educational".
