We are a Public Limited Company incorporated under the Companies Act 1993, New Zealand. Our parent company has a combined experience of over 40 years in the field of scientific and laboratory supplies and is trusted for supplying extensive value for money products which are in conformity with international quality standards.

Is ordering and paying on your site safe?
Yes, we use PayPal online secure payment gateway. You can also use your Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover Card. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by your Credit or Debit Cards.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world.

Do you have a return policy?
Yes, we have a 30-days return policy from the date of purchase. Please refer to our terms and conditions page.

Do you accept Purchase Orders (POs)?
Sorry, we do not. All orders must be paid for in advance.

Do you have a retail store network?
Sorry, we do not have retail store network. All orders are dispatched through our central warehouse.

How can I speak to one of your representatives?
We do not have resources to take telephone enquiries. However, if you contact us with your telephone number we can call you back.

Do you offer discount on Bulk Orders?
Yes, but it varies with ordered products and ordered quantities. Please contact us if you have bulk requirement.

How can I email my order to you without paying for it online?
For bulk orders, simply copy your "Shopping Cart" from the right hand side box and paste it in "Contact Us" form.

Can you ship my order by Sea/Ocean?
Yes, for all bulk orders we have Sea/Ocean Freight option.

Can I make payment by Bank Transfer or T/T?
Yes, for all bulk orders payment can also be made through Bank Transfer or T/T.

Do you have resources to modify or develop a product as per required specification?
Yes, for all bulk orders we can modify or develop a product as per required specifications.
